  4. END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR SOURCETEC SOFTWARE CO.LTD. 
  5.  
  6. SOFTWARE PRODUCT(S) IMPORTANT-READ CAREFULLY: This SourceTec End-User
  7. License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an
  8. individual or a single entity) and SourceTec Software Co. LTD for the 
  9. SourceTec software product(s) identified above. By installing, copying, 
  10. or otherwise using the SourceTec SOFTWARE, you agree to be bound by 
  11. the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, 
  12. do not install or use the SourceTec SOFTWARE.

  14. 1.GRANT OF LICENSE:
  15.  
  16. Install and use the Software on a single computer and make one copy of
  17. the Software in machine-readable form solely for backup purposes. You 
  18. must reproduce on any such copy all copyright notices and any other 
  19. proprietary legends on the original copy of the Software. Install the 
  20. Software on a storage device, such as a network server, and run the 
  21. Software on an internal network, provided the number of concurrent 
  22. users does not exceed the number of copies of the Software purchased. 
  23. A copy of the Software must be purchased for each such user. If you 
  24. have purchased a multi-pack license for the Software product, such as 
  25. a Ten-Pack license, or a license to make multiple installations of the 
  26. Software, you may concurrently use the number of copies of the Software
  27. authorized by that purchase. Make copies of the End-User Product and 
  28. distribute those copies for use solely by yourself or personnel 
  29. employed by you, or by another party, solely for its own internal 
  30. purposes.

  32. 2.COPYRIGHT:

  34. The SOFTWARE is owned by SourceTec Software Co. LTD and is protected by
  35. People's Republic of China copyright laws and international treaty 
  36. provisions. You may not copy the printed materials accompanying the 
  37. SOFTWARE (if any), nor print copies of any user documentation provided 
  38. in on-line or electronic form. 
  39.  
  40. 3.OTHER RESTRICTION:

  42. You may not make or distribute copies of the Software, or 
  43. electronically transfer the Software from one computer to another or 
  44. over a network. You may not decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, 
  45. or otherwise reduce the Software to a human-perceivable form. You may 
  46. not rent, lease or sublicense the Software. You may not modify the 
  47. Software or create derivative works based upon the Software.

  49. 4.SUPPORT SERVICES: 
  50.  
  51. SourceTec provides tech support services related to the SourceTec 
  52. SOFTWARE ("Support Services"). Use of Support Services is governed by 
  53. SourceTec polices and programs described in the user manual, in online 
  54. documentation, and/or other SourceTec-provided materials. Any 
  55. supplemental software code provided to you as part of the Support 
  56. Services shall be considered part of the SourceTec SOFTWARE and 
  57. subject to the terms and conditions of this EULA. With respect to 
  58. technical information you provide to SourceTec as part of the Support 
  59. Services, SourceTec may use such information for its business purposes,
  60. including for product support and development. SourceTec will not 
  61. utilize such technical information in a form that personally identifies
  62. you.

  64. 5. TERMINATION:

  66. Without prejudice to any other rights, SourceTec may terminate this 
  67. EULA if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this EULA. 
  68. In such event, you must destroy all copies of the SourceTec SOFTWARE. 
  69.  
  70. 6. NO WARRANTIES: 
  71.  
  72. SourceTec expressly disclaims any warranty for the SourceTec SOFTWARE. 
  73. THE SourceTec SOFTWARE AND ANY RELATED DOCUMENTATION IS PROVIDED "AS 
  74. IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING,
  75. WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS 
  76. FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NONINFRINGEMENT. THE ENTIRE RISK ARISING 
  77. OUT OF USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT REMAINS WITH YOU.

  79. 7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  81. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall 
  82. SourceTec or its suppliers be liable for any special, incidental, 
  83. indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, without 
  84. limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption
  85. , loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising 
  86. out of the use of or inability to use the SourceTec SOFTWARE or the 
  87. provision of or failure to provide Support Services, even if SourceTec 
  88. has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

  90. This EULA is governed by the laws of P.R. China. Should you have any
