  141.   You are permitted to use the Program for a 30 day trial period, after
  142.   which you must purchase the full registered version of TerraFire.

  147.   Non-commercial distribution (where no charge is made) is permitted
  148.   without further authorization, so long as the Program is represented as
  149.   shareware (and not as free or public domain software) and so long as
  150.   all the Program's files are included without modification.

  155.   "Commercial Distribution" means distribution for money or other

  222.          agents harmless from damage, loss and expense arising directly or
  223.          indirectly from your acts and omissions in copying or distributing
