Generally all installation problems are associated with not having current versions of Microsoft helper applications, notably the Microsoft Windors Installer and/or Microsoft Data Access Components. You can add this functionality by first installing our helper file at:
www.weddingglobe.com/program/helper.exe
The installaion program requires the use of Microsoft Windows Installer version 1.1 or higher. If you do not have it, you must either obtain it from Microsoft or from our helper file.

You may also need certain database components. Notably, you will need to install Microsoft Data Access components and Microsoft Jet extensions. These are available at Microsoft or you can install our helper file. You will need MDAC 2.6 or higher with Jet extensions.

The help file is a compiled help document which needs Microsoft Internet Explorer version 3.0 or higher.
