  15. OrionSoftLab Active Task Manager is a convenient utility for
  16. automatic execution of three types of the tasks: 
  17. - Starting programs (any of exe, com, bat-files);
  18. - Creating the backups of files (the Active Backup Expert
  19.         (http://www.orionsoftlab.com/abe/) software is required);
  20. - Producing the text and sound messages.

  22. The Main advantages of Active Task Manager are:
  23. - minimal occupation of system resources:
  24.   the Active Task Manager in fact always "sleeps", and becomes active
  25.   while starting the next task only;
  26. - flexibility in customization:
  27.   For  each  task you can set any schedule - from the single start at
  28.   the specified moment up to multiple acyclic starts within day/
  29.   week/ month;
  30. - simplicity in use;
  31. - intuitive user interface;

  79. To install the Active Task Manager simply unzip tm.zip and start
  80. Setup.exe, or  open the tm.zip with WinZip and use Install function.

  83. 4) Registration.

  85. You can freely use this program within 30 days from the date of
  86. installation. A necessary condition of the further maintenance of Active Task
  87. Manager is the registration of this product. We ask to consider with
  88. understanding the reminders, which Active Task Manager will produce to you
  89. on expiration of 30-day trial period.

  91. You can register online or send Phone, Fax, or Mail Order to our Registration
  92. Service. The details of the registration process are described in the Order.txt file
  93. which is contained in the installation package.

  95. Please, pay attention, that the registration key, which you receive
  96. at registration, is personal and is not subject of transmission to
  97. other persons.
