  1. The program is "try-before-buy" software.
  2. Unregistered copy of the program can be only used
  3. for evaluational purposes and only first three themes are available.
  4. Registration gives you the right to use
  5. the program for full functionality, access all themes, receive
  6. technical support and use features available only
  7. for registered users. For full functionality must 
  8. either register your copy of the program.
  9.  
  10. You are granted a non-exclusive licence to use
  11. the program on one computer at a time. The program
  12. may not be rented, leased or transferred.  
  13.  
  14. Any use of the program which is illegal under
  15. international or local law is forbidden by this
  16. licence. Any such action is the sole
  17. responsibility of the person committing the action.
  18.  
  19. The program is distributed "AS IS" and you assume
  20. full responsibility for determining the
  21. suitability of the program and for results
  22. obtained.

  24. Kroxus Software Group makes no warranty that all errors have
  25. been or can be eliminated from the program
  26. software and, with respect thereto, Kroxus Software Group shall
  27. not be responsible for losses, damages, costs, or
  28. expenses of any kind resulting from using or
  29. misusing the program including without limitation,
  30. any liability for business expenses, machine
  31. downtime, damages experienced by you or any third
  32. person as a result of any deficiency, defect, bug,
  33. error or malfunction. Kroxus Software Group shall not be liable
  34. for any indirect, special, incidental, or
  35. consequential damages relating to or arising out
  36. of the subject matter of this Agreement or actions
  37. taken thereunder

  39. NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.
  40. YOU USE THE PROGRAM AT YOUR OWN RISK. Kroxus Software Group
  41. DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESS OR
  42. IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF
  43. MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR
  44. PURPOSE. NOBODY WILL BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS,
  45. DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS
  46. WHILE USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE.

  48. You may not distribute, copy, emulate, clone,
  49. rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile, disassemble,
  50. otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the
  51. program, or any subset of the program, except as
  52. provided for in this agreement. Any such
  53. unauthorised use shall result in immediate and
  54. automatic termination of this licence and may
  55. result in criminal or civil prosecution.

  57. All rights not expressly granted here are
  58. reserved by Kroxus Software Group
  59.  
  60. Kroxus Software Group reserves the right to make exceptions to
  61. any of these conditions, or alter these
  62. conditions, at any time. However, you may always
  63. use these conditions instead of any altered
  64. version if you prefer (note that this licence
  65. explicitly applies only to one version of the
  66. program; therefore, if Kroxus Software Group make new conditions
  67. in connection with a future version, you do not
  68. then have the right to apply these conditions to
  69. that version instead).

  71. Installing or using the program signifies
  72. acceptance of these terms and conditions of the
  73. licence.

  75. If you do not agree with the terms of this
  76. licence you must remove the program files from
  77. your storage devices and cease to use the program.
