  3. All copyrights to Red Eye Remover are exclusively
  4. owned by VicMan Software.
  5.  
  6. The Red Eye Remover is a try-and-buy program. You can try
  7. it for free, but if you intend to keep it, you must register
  8. your copy of Red Eye Remover or stop using it.
  9.  
  10. Once registered, you are granted a non-exclusive licence to use
  11. Red Eye Remover on one computer at a time. The registered Red Eye Remover
  12. software may not be rented, leased or transferred.
  13.  
  14. Red Eye Remover unregistered shareware may be freely distributed,
  15. provided the distribution package is not modified. No person or company
  16. may charge a fee for the distribution of Red Eye Remover without
  17. written permission from the copyright holder.
  18.  
  19. Red Eye Remover is distributed "AS IS" and you
  20. assume full responsibility for determining the suitability of
  21. Red Eye Remover and for results obtained.

  23. VicMan Software makes no warranty that all errors have been or can be eliminated
  24. from Red Eye Remover software and, with respect
  25. thereto, VicMan Software shall not be responsible for losses, damages, costs,

  28. liability for business expenses, machine downtime, damages experienced
  29. by you or any third person as a result of any deficiency, defect, bug,

  32. out of the subject matter of this Agreement or actions taken
  33. thereunder.

  36. Red Eye Remover AT YOUR OWN RISK. VicMan Software DISCLAIMS ALL
  37. WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF
  38. MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. NOBODY WILL BE
  39. LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF
  40. LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE.
