  11.     The Documents directory is filled with NSFIP config info, 
  12.     NEXTSTEP in Focus issues, Questions and Answers, supported
  13.     hardware listings, drivers, and software tools.  Engineering,
  14.     Software Quality, Pubs, CST, DST and Marketing are contributing.

  16.   10/18 NeXTanswers now contains a list of shipping third party products.

  25. E-mail system (nextanswers@next.com)

  28.     The e-mail system is up and running.  Send suggestions for
  29.     improvements to nextanswers-request.com.

  31.     There are 3 new NA email commands: "index by date", "search", and
  32.     "split".  Ask for the help file for more information.

  34.     A new command "tag <some-string>" has been added.  Any mail sent
  35.     by NeXTanswers in reply to your tagged request will contain
  36.     <some-string>.

  38.     Another new command has been added -- "reply-to <your email
  39.     address>"   Use this when your email headers get mangled.

  41. Fax-Back System (415 780-3990)

  44.     Please report any problems with the fax-back system to
  45.     NeXTanswers-request@next.com or call 1-800-848-NEXT and tell
  46.     Tech Support.  Leave your voice number, your fax number,
  47.     and the documents you tried to request.

  49.     You can use the fax system within the U.S. only.

  51. Anonymous FTP (ftp.next.com)
  52. ----------------------------

  54.     Anonymous FTP is up and running on ftp.next.com.  
  55.     You can FTP all the documents in NeXTanswers.

  57.     Thanks to suggestions from Internet users, the ByNumber directory 
  58.     has been added to ftp!  Once you know the number of the document 
  59.     you want, just ftp to ftp.next.com, change directories to 
  60.     pub/NeXTanswers/ByNumber, and fetch NUMBER.compressed.

  62.     You can now ftp all of NeXTanswers at once.  Get the file
  63.     pub/NeXTanswers/NA.compressed.

  65. Bulletin Board System (nextbbs, no phone number yet)

  68.     A BBS system for downloading NeXTanswers data is planned for
  69.     the near term.  Like FTP, it will offer direct access to the
  70.     AsciiDocuments and the CompressedDocuments trees.  It will
  71.     support X, Y, and Z modem.
