  10. This is my summary about MPEG.
  11.  
  12. It's the third publication of this file. Lots of errors have been removed,
  13. and lots of information has been added (which has surely brought other
  14. errors with it, see Murphy's Law).
  15.  
  16. This third addition is VERY different to the previous ones.
  17.  
  18. First:  Some sections have been removed, because the are old or there was
  19.         nothing changing. So if you are NOT familiar with the theme, get
  20.         the the last MPEG-FAQ (Version 1.1) via ftp from
  21.  
  22.         host: ftp.cs.tu-berlin.de
  23.         file: /pub/msdos/windows3/graphics/mpegfa11.zip
  24.  
  25.         This new FAQ will be there soon too, as 'mpegfa20.zip'.
  26.  
  27. Second: The E-MAIL-ORDER-SERVICE has been removed, because it was causing
  28.         to much traffic on my account. The damon HAS been changed, it will
  29.         send a message back, saying, that the service has been removed.
  30.         Right now, there are enough placed where to get the desired files
  31.         from (via Internet, E-Mails to others, ftp, mail-access etc.)

  33. Third:  The people where more interested to get the complete archives.
  34.         Therefor the TRAIL-PACK-Service is still running. I'm still
  35.         collecting EVERY info, video, sound or program. Get the Trail-Pack !

  37. You should read carefully through this FAQ this time, cause lots of new
  38. information is hidden in all the sections. F.e. news about Amiga-, Atari-
  39. and Mac-Players arrived !!!

  41. The FAQ is splitted in 2 parts. A additional index-file including the most
  42. known MPEG-streams will be posted to alt.binaries.pictures .
