  8. This program converts text file between MS-DOS and **IX format.  It
  9. works under System V, 4.3BSD, Ultrix, and MS-DOS/Turbo C.  It detects
  10. binary files in a nearly foolproof way and leaves them alone unless you
  11. override this.  It will also leave files alone that are already in the
  12. right format.  User interrupts are handled gracefully and no garbage or
  13. corrupted files left behind.  An MS-DOS binary will eventually appear
  14. in comp.binaries.ibm.pc.
