  8. FileSize is a simple application to display the size of a file in
  9. a system requester when the icon of the said file is drag on top
  10. of FileSize's changable appicon.

  12. The idea behind it was so that when viewing the contents of CD-ROMs
  13. etc you can easily see how big mods, pics, etc. are before copying
  14. over to your hard disk and without the need to use a dir tool or
  15. view the directory by name only.  (Icons are nice after all ! )

  17. FS also tells you the type of file via dtypes and a custom id
  18. routine as well as displaying the version string if available to
  19. allow you to easily see whether a file is newer than one you already
  20. have on the system.

  22. This version is fixed so that it works with non arq systems!
