  15. What is it?

  17. Its a CLI Based clock program with many a difference! Instead of the
  18. boring old "12:44:33" etc. It says the time how you would say it i.e.
  19. "It's nearly half past two". This is not the only difference! The
  20. Talking Clock (TClock) can say the time in 7 languages and even say
  21. them in 'Elite' talk.
