  52. ANNOUNCEMENT:
  53.     If you selected the "Disable full screen Edit" setting on the
  54.     system page of SetVNC as setting for ViNCEd, you will have noticed
  55.     that the RETURN key does not operate like expected in the SHELL.
  56.  
  57.     THIS IS NOT A BUG! 
  58.  
  59.     This edit mode is for programs that wants to read masks from the
  60.     input, UNLIKE THE SHELL. DO NOT TURN IT ON FOR THE SHELL!
  61.  
  62.     If you like to glue the cursor to the edit position and don't want
  63.     it moving 'round the screen if marking blocks or scrolling, turn on
  64.     the XTerm Cursor Mode in the edit pages of SetVNC!
  65.  
  66.     If you prefer single TAB requesters, turn on both the "Requester if
  67.     expansion is not unique" and the "First TAB expands fully" flag
  68.     in the Shell pages of SetVNC.

  76. If you like to localize ViNCEd to your language, please send me some mail!
  77. You'll receive a complete archive how to do the job!

  80.     - some knowledge about AmigaDOS and locales.

  84. An italian localization of ViNCEd is under construction - please contact
  85. me for more languages!

  88. 2) MUI Prefs editor:
  89.  
  90. I'd like somebody to write a MUI version of a prefs editor. This can't be a
  91. full replacement for SetVNC, but at least the global prefs should be edit-
  92. able with it. Some limitations of MUI (no intuition requesters) limit the
  93. possibilities of a MUI version of SetVNC, but this is O.K. for a prefs editor.
  94.  
  95. You need to provide:
  96.     - some knowledge about a programming language,
  97.         preferably assembler or C.
  98.     - knowledge about how to write GUIs with MUI.
  99.     - a registered version of MUI
  100.  
  101. You'll receive a documentation on how ViNCEd saves its preferences and on
  102. how to call the library functions to install the prefs.

  105. I'm sorry, but I can't offer any money for these jobs, cause ViNCEd is
  106. freeware. It is expected that you provide your work as freeware, too. I
  107. won't claim any copyright on these programs or databases, but I need your
  108. O.K. to include them in the ViNCEd archive. Contact me at the address below
  109. if you think you like to do the job(s).

  117.     VirusWorkShop seems to have trouble with the custom overlay manager
  118.     that is used by the SetVNC program.
  119.     THIS IS NOT A VIRUS! It is a bugfix of the oldish CBM overlay 
  120.     manager which is really buggy!
  121.     VirusWorkShop will be updated soon.
