  6.   This tool converts a voc-database to  a  dict-database,  that  means
  7.   that a file will be created that contents an compressed index of the
  8.   vocabularies and that allows a fast a less memory  using  access  to
  9.   the  database.  This  tool  das the same like the menu option of the
  10.   mainprogram "Save as dictionary".

  12.   USAGE:

  14.   First argument is the name of the voc-database and  the  second  the
  15.   name  of  the  destination  dict-database,  e.g.  "MakeDict Demo.voc
  16.   Deno.dict".
