  16.      PrestelView  fills  the  need  of a stand-alone little program to view
  17. Cept-3  (Prestel)  graphic  pages  or  "frames".  Most Prestel terminals do
  18. permit  save/load  of  them, but you still have to load the program itself,
  19. and  it  can  be annoying if you find a large amount of old frames and feel
  20. the need to know whether they have to be discarded or not.
