  8. MUICD is a package of programs for playing audio CDs.
  9.  
  10. Cool features:

  12. * very configurable and flexible user interface, thanks to MUI
  13. * full localization support - english and polish versions included
  14. * it's modular - it consists of a player, editor and manager
  15.  
  16. Player:
  17. * no annoying small gaps between tracks while playing
  18. * programming support
  19. * can be controlled by joypad
  20. * can play only selected tracks
  21. * uses external library to control CD-ROM
  22. * uses drag'n'drop
  23.  
  24. Editor:
  25. * uses drag'n'drop
  26. * can import CD description from other CD in database, from an ASCII file,
  27.   or export it to an ASCII file
  28.  
  29. Manager:
  30. * can import database from Interplay, MegaCd Player, MCDP, CeeD
  31. * CDs are exported in one, handy file
  32. * sorting CDs by name, date, number of tracks
  33. * can select CDs matching given pattern
  34. * you can edit, export, search, delete selected CDs
  35.  
  36. It uses NList - a MUI custom class by Gilles Masson. If you haven't it
  37. already, please download it and install before running the player. NList
  38. can be found on "ftp.bibliut.unice.fr/amiga/mui", Aminet, and on my
