  9. files, with the ufc-crypt() routines covered under GNU.

  13. Check passwd files for potential security threats from users who don't
  14. read memos, nor listen to instructions on system integrity.

  16. Fully ANSI-C compliant. Beta release 0.01, V1.00 will be released
  17. should there be a large enough demand for this program.
