  1.         SHORT DEMO of SPEED RACER

  3. This version is just a sample of the game, with most of the
  4. roads, features, menus, etc. removed to fit on one disk.
  5. A 386-33 Mhz or faster machine is recommended.
  6.  
  7. To drive use the following controls:
  8.         - Arrow keys for steering, acceleration & braking
  9.         - Use the , . and ' keys to operate Autojacks, Extraturbo and
  10.           Chopper blades respectively.
  11.  
  12. To exit the demo press ^C.
  13.  
  14. To install this DEMO on your hard drive:
  15.         - Place the SPEED RACER DEMO DISK into drive A (or B) and type A:
  16.           (or B:)
  17.         - Type INSTALL and follow the directions
  18.  
  19. To start SPEED RACER DEMO from the hard drive;
  20.         - Set the current directory to where SRDEMO resides
  21.         - Type SRDEMO to start the demo
  22.  
  23. Visit your local retailer to purchase Speed Racer and race all the episodes,
  24. add more features to your car, drive as Racer-X in the shooting star and
  25. play against friends in the head to head, two player mode (2 player modem
  26. play also supported)!
