\par
Outline view
is the best for organising ideas for your presentation, as you can see how your main points flow and edit the structure. \par
\par
In Slide view you can add both text and art on a slide-by-slide basis; you can see the whole slide or change the zoom to
magnify a portion of it for detailed work.\par
\par
Notes view lets you type speaker notes to use during your presentation, and you can also print a copy for reference. \par
\par
In Slide Sorter view, you can see the entire presentation, so you can e
asily add, delete and move slides. You can also use the buttons on the Slide Sorter toolbar to set timings for a slide show and select animated slide transitions.\par
\par
Finally, Slide Show view enables you to see the finished work in all its glory,
and pop up various controls such as the slide meter. \par

Actually, there's a sixth, special view, too: Master view is for adding such items as a company logo or formatting that you want to display on every slide, notes page, or handout.
