ganisation. Anyone can now add easy-to-spot flags to an e-mail to show the recipient and sender the status of the e-mail and the task outlined within it. \par \par
You can chose one of Microsoft's pre-defined flags including 'call', 'do not forward', 'follow up' o
r 'for your information' or, indeed, you can write one of your own. The flag's purpose appears at the top of the mail and senders can even add due dates to mails.
