  1. To play using the telephone be sure to
  2. 1. Select the COM port for your modem. If you don't
  3. know the COM port, test each one individually by
  4. dialing.  If you choose an incorrect COM port, the
  5. program will alert you.

  7. 2. Select the humans playing at this computer.  Do
  8. not select those playing on the other computer.

  10. 3. Select the baud rate.  If you select a baud rate
  11. too high for your modem, the program will prompt you
  12. when you dial and when you Wait For Call. A Baud
  13. Rate of 2400 is almost as fast as 9600 for the
  14. purposes of playing this game.

  16. 4. Click on help for call waiting.  This is
  17. important.
