  3.            3D RANDOM DOT STEREOGRAM PLOTTER, VERSION 1.0 - SHAREWARE

  6.        Random dot stereograms seem to be something of a craze lately.
  7.        While purchasing one of the many commericial prints can be fun
  8.        (and expensive), being able to create your own custom and
  9.        personalized stereograms is far more exciting.
  10.  
  11.        The 3D Random Dot Plotter (RD3D) takes ordinary 256 color PCX
  12.        graphic files and generates stereograms that can be viewed
  13.        without special glasses, hardware, or other specialized
  14.        apparatus.  All you need is your computer screen or a printer.

  16.        While the shareware version will only allow you to view the
  17.        steregrams on your computer screen, you will be able to get a
  18.        good idea of what the program does.  The shareware version
  19.        supports EGA, VGA, Super VGA, and Hercules (monochrome) graphics
  20.        adapters.  The registered version adds support for Epson 9 and
  21.        24 pin (and compatibles), HP Laser Jet, HP Paint Jet, and
  22.        Postscript printers.

  24.        Dive in and try the program!  There are two sample PCX files
  25.        included with this distribution, CONES.PCX and TREX.PCX.  These
  26.        are a good place to start.  To start the program, enter the
  27.        following command at the DOS prompt:

  31.        And press <ENTER> or <RETURN>.  You will be prompted for the
  32.        necessary information to view the stereograms.  To view the
  33.        documentation file, just press <F1>.  To print out the
  34.        documentation, enter the following command at the DOS prompt:

  36.                COPY RD3D.DOC LPT1:
  37.  
  38.        Substitute the correct printer port instead of LPT1:, if
  39.        necessary.

  41.        You are allowed to use the software for a 30 evaulation period.
  42.        After this time, you must register the program to continue use.

  44.        The whole point of shareware is that you get to try the software
  45.        out before buying.  If you decide the program is worth keeping,
  46.        please print out and mail in the order form in the file
  47.        ORDER.FRM.  To print this file to your printer, use the
  48.        following command:
