  3. Congratulations on purchasing Rolodex Live!  This README file
  4. notifies you of any last minute changes to the Rolodex Live!
  5. user manual.

  7. If you have Hold Everything! data files and want to "convert" to
  8. Rolodex Live!, activate Rolodex Live! and access the subdirectory
  9. containing the Hold Everything! data files.
  10.  
  11. A message displays indicating that no Rolodex Live! data files
  12. were found, but Hold Everything! files were found.  At this point
  13. the program will convert your data files to Rolodex Live! if you
  14. respond with a 'Y' to the prompt.

  19. When installing sample data on dual floppy, the system prompts
  20.  for "data disk".  At this point you should insert the disk labeled,
  21. "sample data disk".

  28. When installing on dual floppy, the pre-defined report formats
  29. are copied onto the data disk.  If the user wants to start a new
  30. set of data on a new floppy disk, he must copy the report formats
  31. from the original data disk or go through the install process
  32. again.  To copy the report formats place the "data disk" in drive
  33. A and the new disk in drive B.  Type in the following commands:

  35.        COPY *.RPI B:    ENTER
  36.        COPY *.RPO B:    ENTER
  37.  
  38. A total of ten files will be copied to the new data disk.
