- INSTALLATION
-
- The following list shows the files required to run the spell checker in
- Finesse 3.1:
-
- USA00.LEX
- ENGPHON.ENV
- ENG.ENV
- ENG16.CLX
- FINSPELL.EXE

- The user dictionary file name is UDICT.LEX and the file is being initialized
- only when words are added to the user dictionary.
-
- UDICT.LEX
-
- The file UDICT.LEX is a file in compressed form containing words added by
- the user. It can be listed and edited using the following programs which
- are contained in this package:

- UDICTRD.EXE Usage: UDICTRD
- Lists all words in UDICT.LEX alphabetically.
- UDICT.LEX can be copied to file with the command:
- UDICTRD > FILENAME
- The new file FILENAME which is an ASCII file can then
- be printed, edited etc.
- UDICTED.EXE Usage: UDICTED [-d] WORDFILE
- Options:
- [-d]: Delete words listed in WORDFILE from UDICT.LEX.
- [ ]: Add words from WORDFILE to UDICT.LEX.
- WORDFILE should not list words containing more than
- 32 letters (including space, brackets etc.).

- ERROR MESSAGES
-
- An error message saying "No Memory" will appear in FINESSE if there is not
- enough RAM memory to load the spell checker. In this case, the user is
- advised to free some memory from other files, such as the CONFIG.SYS file,
- and re-run the Spell Checker.

- - A list of any and all RAM resident programs used.
- - A complete description of the problem.
- - A printed listing of the AUTOEXEC.BAT and CONFIG.SYS files.
