  5. accompanying this agreement (hereafter collectively called "JAZZ"). The 
  6. copyright holders reserves all rights not expressly granted by this 
  7. agreement.

  9. License is granted to copy and distribute JAZZ in its unmodified form 
  10. for any purpose.

  12. License is granted to use JAZZ for an evaluation period of 30 days.

  14. Provided that you obtain a personal license key (hereafter called 
  15. "KEY") from the copyright holders, license is granted for you to personally
  16. use JAZZ with KEY for any purpose. You agree to keep confidential and 
  17. use your best efforts to prevent and protect the contents of the KEY from
  18. unauthorized disclosure or use.

  20. The copyright holders grant no other licenses expressed or implied and 
  21. the licensee acknowleges that the copyright holders have no liability for 
  22. licensee's use.

  24. THE COPYRIGHT HOLDERS DISCLAIM AND LICENSEE AGREES THAT ALL WARRANTIES, 
  25. EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES 
  26. OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. NOTWITHSTANDING 
  27. ANY OTHER PROVISION CONTAINED HEREIN, ANY LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES RESULTING 
  28. FROM THE SOFTWARE OR ITS USE IS EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMED, INCLUDING 
  29. CONSEQUENTIAL OR ANY OTHER INDIRECT DAMAGES, WHETHER ARISING IN CONTRACT, 
  30. TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE) OR STRICT LIABILITY, EVEN IF THE COPYRIGHT 
  31. HOLDERS ARE ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
