  3. This mpeg audio player is a direct port of mpg123-0.59k using
  4. the new ixemul-libc emulation. It needed only minimal changes to
  5. the sources mainly to change the output device to "AUDIO:".
  6. Thus it needs AHI V4 and ixemul.library V47 installed on the system.

  8. mpg123 should be as fast as PPCMpegPlayer on the PowerUP-CD,
  9. because it is also based on mpg123. Therefore it sometimes also
  10. shows the "Can't rewind stream by x bits!" error message. Then the
  11. output is trashed.
