  8. NOTE:     This is very short program to code and decode files.
  9.           FileCoder should be running from CLI. Here is it's syntax:

  11.                       FileCoder filename 4chars-key
  12.  
  13.           example:    FileCoder letter4U.txt abcd
  14.  
  15.           To decode coded file you should run FileCoder once more with
  16.           the same parametrs.
  17.           I've written FileCoder in assembler. It use XOR logic function 
  18.           to code files. Source code you can find in the same directory.
  19.           Sorry but there is no doc file to FileCoder. I think it's very
  20.           easy to use.
