  12.                  copy AmIRSay.amirx to the AmIRC/Rexx directory

  21.             Commodore Say command MUST be in your path and working.
  22.             to test say just use WB menu 'Execute Command' and enter

  28.          narrator.device in devs: and say in sys:utilities or something
