  10. 1) Execute script "installscript" at command line
  11.    > execute installscript

  14. Requirements:

  16. 1) AmiTCP: or Miami TCP - requires TCP: device)
  17. 2) AmigaDOS 3.x or greater (env:Locale.prefs file used)
  18. 3) ARexx

  21. Operation:
  22.  
  23. 1) Edit configuration file (s:atomic.conf)
  24. 1) Start TCP program (AmiTCP or MIAMI)
  25. 2) Start ARexx (Normal for "Most" Amigas)
  26. 3) At the shell prompt, type:
  27.     >s:atomic.rexx
  28.      -or- to OVERRIDE configuration file settings
  29.     >atomic.rexx ayn (optional parameters-see doc file)

  31. 4) After a successful connection is made, your clock is set.
  32.  
  33. 5) After the time is set, close the Tools Output window.
  34.  
  35. Improvements
  36.    - Uses a configuration file
  37.    - Logs all server connections, connect time, etc.
  38.    - Uses "intelliserve Technology" iT (see doc file)
  39.    - Uses Server Health field
  40.    - Automatically sets Daylight Savings or Standard Time
  41.    - Uses 9 server redundancy to ensure connection

  43. Other Suggested Operations:
  44. 1) Add it to ToolsDaemon or similar "menu" program.

  46. 2) Add it to Events in Miami as follows:
  47.    (Doing this automatically runs Atomic.rexx everytime you use Miami!)

  49.    1) Start Miami
  50.    2) Select "Events"
  51.    3) Select the "Online - Filename Box" and enter
  52.       's:atomic.rexx'
  53.    4) Select "Console name" box and enter:
  54.       CON:2/10/600/300/Atomic Clock/AUTO/CLOSE
