  14. anymore when you get caught. You will have to bribe the authorities
  15. independently, to be able to defend yourself better. The Army
  16. officials may provide you with better weapons, if they get their
  17. share. There's a pool of poorly paid military personnel waiting to
  18. join your organization...}

  20. TIPTEXT {There are five bars in the bottom, on the right that
  21. you control your spending with. The first one shows the
  22. amount of your income that goes into your savings - the
  23. place you get the money for founding businesses or
  24. recruiting gangsters. Next is the army - they give you
  25. better weapons. The FBI is bribed to get information
  26. about other gangsters. The politicians can aid you in
  27. passing laws in your favor. The last bribing bar is
  28. used to bribe the police.

  31. keep an eye on your funds, don't get too much in debt!
  32. If you do, increase the 'savings' bar to transfer more
  33. of your income to your savings.}
