  1. Linear Technology provides LinearView 3.0 to its customers
  2. and potential customers for use as reference material.

  4. If you are unable to find the materials that you require, 
  5. please visit our website at http://www.linear.com.

  7. LinearView 3.0 is not generally compatible with proxy servers.
  8.  If your web browser is set to use a proxy server, you should
  9.  set it to make direct connections instead, or set it to manual
  10.  proxy configuration and exclude addresses starting
  11.  with "127.0.0.1" and "localhost".

  13. Network installation (Windows NT, 95 and 3.11):
  14.  If you would like to make LinearView 3.0 available over
  15.  your company network, 
  16.    1) Copy the contents of the CD to a shared directory
  17.    2) Have network users permanently mount that shared directory
  18.    3) Then have the user install LinearView 3.0; selecting
  19.       the CD-ROM (Fastest install)
  20.  
  21. Linear Technology Utility programs:
  22.  In some circumstances the utility programs (SCAD, MSCAD and SPICE)
  23.  may not function fully if launched from within LinearView 3.0. In that
  24.  case, to access these applications go to the program folder where you
  25.  installed LinearView 3.0 and launch the utilities from there, or
  26.  use the Start menu.
