  21.     This is a simple GhostScript driver for the Okidata Okipage 4W and
  22.     similar host-based Okidata laser printers. In contrary to the
  23.     "oki4drv" it does not need any special daemon but simply
  24.     integrates in the usual printing workflow.<p>

  26.     The driver was in GNU GhostScript 6.x, but was removed again in
  27.     7.x. Currently it is available in ESP GhostScript 7.07.x and
  28.     8.15.x.<p>
