  1.     Software License Agreement

  4. LICENSE AGREEMENT.

  6.     You should carefully read the following terms and conditions before using this
  7.     software. Your use of this software indicates your acceptance of this license
  8.     agreement and warranty.
  9.  
  10.     One registered copy of this software may either be used by a single person who
  11.     uses the software personally on one or more computers, or installed on a single
  12.     workstation used nonsimultaneously by multiple people, but not both. You may
  13.     access the registered version of this software through a network, provided that
  14.     you have obtained individual licenses for the software covering all workstations
  15.     that will access this software through the network. For instance, if 8 different
  16.     workstations will access this software on the network, each workstation must
  17.     have its own software license, regardless of whether they use this software at
  18.     different times or concurrently.

  20. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY.

  22.     THIS SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE SOLD "AS IS" AND WITHOUT
  23.     WARRANTIES AS TO ITS PERFORMANCE OF MERCHANTABILITY OR ANY OTHER
  24.     WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.  Because of the various hardware
  25.     and software environments into which this software may be put, NO WARRANTY OR
  26.     FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE IS OFFERED.

  28.     Good data processing procedure dictates that any program be thoroughly tested
  29.     with non-critical data before relying on it.  The user must assume the entire risk of
  30.     using the program.  ANY LIABILITY OF THE SELLER WILL BE LIMITED EXCLUSIVELY
  31.     TO PRODUCT REPLACEMENT OR REFUND OF PURCHASE PRICE.

  35.     This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of New South Wales.
