  18. The use of this software indicates your acceptance of this license

  21. One registered copy of DiskCats may either be used by a single
  22. person who uses the software personally on one or more computers,
  23. or installed on a single workstation used nonsimultaneously by
  24. multiple people, but not both.

  26. You may access the registered version of DiskCats through a network,
  27. provided that you have obtained individual licenses for the
  28. software covering all workstations that will access the software
  29. through the network.  For instance, if 8 different workstations
  30. will access WinZip on the network, each workstation must have its
  31. own DiskCats license, regardless of whether they use DiskCats at
  32. different times or concurrently.

  39. and without warranties as to performance or other warranties whether

  65.   Evaluation Version and Registration

  69. without charge for a period of 21 days. If you use this software
  70. after the 30 day evaluation period a registration fee of $20 is
  71. required.

  73. Unregistered use of DiskCats after the 21-day evaluation period is 
  74. in violation of U.S. and international copyright laws.

  80. version (select 'Productinfo' from the DiskCats menu to check) you are
  81. hereby licensed to make as many copies of the evaluation version of
