  7. The AlbumWeb is distributed as try-before-you-buy. This means:

  9. 1. All copyrights to AlbumWeb are exclusively owned by the 
  10. author - PhotoActions.
  11.  
  12. 2. Anyone may use this software during a test period of 30 days. 
  13. Following this test period of 30 days or less, if you wish to 
  14. continue to use AlbumWeb, you MUST register.
  15.  
  16. 3. Once registered, the user is granted a non-exclusive license 
  17. to use AlbumWeb on one computer (i.e. a single cpu), for any legal 
  18. purpose, at a time. The registered AlbumWeb software may not be 
  19. rented or leased, but may be permanently transferred, if the person 
  20. receiving it agrees to terms of this license. If the software is an 
  21. update, the transfer must include the update and all previous versions.

  23. 4. The AlbumWeb unregistered trial version, may be freely distributed, 
  24. and with exceptions noted below, provided the distribution package 
  25. is not modified. No person or company may charge a fee for the 
  26. distribution of AlbumWeb without written permission from the copyright 
  27. holder. The AlbumWeb unregistered trial version may not be bundled 
  28. or distributed with any other package without written permission of 
  29. the copyright holder.

  31. 5. To register you must send registration fee, to one of the 
  32. authorized registration sites, see REGISTER.TXT.

  34. 6. AlbumWeb IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS". NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS 
  35. EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. YOU USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE AUTHOR WILL NOT 
  36. BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND 
  37. OF LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE.

  39. 7. You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify, 
  40. decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the 
  41. licensed program, or any subset of the licensed program, except as 
  42. provided for in this agreement. Any such unauthorized use shall result 
  43. in immediate and automatic termination of this license and may result 
  44. in criminal and/or civil prosecution.
  45. All rights not expressly granted here are reserved by PhotoActions.

  47. 8. Installing and using AlbumWeb signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions of the license.

  49. 9. If you do not agree with the terms of this license you must remove AlbumWeb files from your storage devices and cease to use the product.
