  3. All of these programs will run on Windows 3.1, 3.11
  4. or 95 systems.  They all have 256 colors, sound fx and
  5. music. All are supplied on floppy disks ( 3.5" or 5.25" ) 
  6. and are installed via a setup program.

  10. BUILD THAT ATOMIC THING ver. 1.0  
  11.   Practice the structure of atomic nuclei, atoms and ions.  
  12.   Set the number of protons, neutrons and electrons. 
  13.   Uses the first 20 elements of the Periodic Table and 
  14.   randomly creates mass numbers and charges.

  16. LABEL THAT DIAGRAM: Chemistry 1 vers.1.0
  17.   Place labels onto diagrams which are important to 1st year
  18.   Chemistry. Fours diagrams are covered - Heating & Cooling Curve,
  19.   Potential Energy Diagram for a Reaction, Electrochemical Cell,
  20.   and an Electrolytic Cell. Labels are randomly displayed on the 
  21.   screen and students must place them on the diagram.

  24. LABEL THAT DIAGRAM - Cells  version 1.0
  25.   Place the labels onto the correct location on the diagram of 
  26.   the animal cell. Timer and score indicate progress. 
  27.   Also covers a plant cell, Paramecium, Amoeba, and Euglena.
  28.   Students may view labelled diagrams for studying purposes.

  30. LABEL THAT DIAGRAM: EUROPE - Ver. 1.0
  31.   Great for learning the location of European countries. 
  32.   Simply place the marker over the named country.  Fastest time
  33.   wins. This version still has East and West Germany.

  35. LABEL THAT DIAGRAM: Skeleton- ver. 1.0
  36.   Player must identify the correct bones on the human skeleton 
  37.   as the names appear randomly at the bottom of the screen.
  38.   The skeleton is broken up into two screens. 22 common bones 
  39.   are covered. Users may also view labelled diagrams for 
  40.   study purposes.

  43.   This program allows students to practice labelling a map of the 
  44.   United States. The contingent US map is divided up into 4 sections. 
  45.   A name randomly appears on the screen and the user must pick it 
  46.   up and place it correctly on the map. A timer is used for scoring 
  47.   purposes.

  50.   Users may study 4 screens of information on elements, symbols,
  51.   polar and nonpolar molecules, and polyatomic ions.  They may also
  52.   play 6 screens of games based on this knowledge. Makes learning these 
  53.   basic chemical facts fun. Covers 10 common molecular substances, 29
  54.   elements and 30 polyatomic ions. Great for JrHS, HS, & College 
  55.   Chem classes.

  58.   This program allows students to practice the recognition of some 
  59.   of the internal organs of the human body. Has SAVE GAME and RESUME GAME 
  60.   feature. Also comes with "cheat" keys for quickly jumping between
  61.   levels.

  63. REACTION SIMULATION #1 ver 1.0
  64.   Viualize the activity of molecules during a chemical reaction.
  65.   The reaction of H2 and O2 to form H2O. You can vary the temperature 
  66.   and/or pressure and/or concentration to see the effect.
  67.   It is not a strict mathematical model and will not stand up to 
  68.   a rigid analysis with the Gas Laws or Equilibrium calculations.

  71.   Practice the Metric System while playing an arcade game. 
  72.   Covers the basic prefixes and their numerical values and their values
  73.   as exponential numbers. Also covers metric to metric conversions

  75.   setting the difficulty.

  77. ADVENTURES OF SCI-MAN # 1 ver. 1.2
  78.   This adventure is a puzzle solving game which draws on the chemical 
  79.   knowledge of the player. Use the right chemicals to help Sci-Man get 
  80.   to the next screen. Comes with a printout of how to solve each
  81.   level. Also includes the chemical equations and descriptions for
  82.   each action in the game. Great for JrHS, HS, & College Chem classes.

  84. VOCABULARY BUILDER - English 1 ver. 1.0
  85.   This program is  for those people who need practice recognizing 
  86.   English words. Objects bounce around on the screen and a name
  87.   randomly appears.  The player uses the arrow keys and space bar
  88.   to shoot the correct object. The game speed can be set to control
  89.   the difficulty of the game.  Covers 40 different objects broken 
  90.   up into 4 groups - Group 1 & 2 are Household Items, Group 3 contains 
  91.   Food Items and Group 4 contains Animals.

  93. VOCABULARY BUILDER - English 2 ver. 1.0
  94.   This is a NON-VIOLENT arcade game for elementary education 
  95.   ( or ESL ) for learning the names of People, Places, Vehicles,
  96.   and Plants. Cupid drops hearts on the objects as they bounce around 
  97.   on the screen.  Forty different objects are covered in four screens.

  99. BODY PARTS - A   (version 1.0 )       
  100.   Students practice identifying some of the common body parts of the 
  101.   human body with four activities. Covers the common human internal 
  102.   organs  - stomach, liver, pancreas, gall bladder, spleen, esophagus, 
  103.   duodenum, trachea, lungs, small intestine, colon, and appendix.
  104.   Students learn to recognize these by sight and learn where they
  105.   are placed in the body.

  107. CHEMWORDS:BONDING - 
  108.   Practice the terms associated with Bonding in Chemistry in an 
  109.   arcade platform game setting. Use the arrow keys to move and jump. 
  110.   Has 5 levels and covers 41 terms. Allows studying of terms before 
  111.   playing. User sets difficulty through game speed. This effects the
  112.   maximum score.

  114. CHEMWORDS:Atomic Structure - 
  115.    Practice the terms and definitions associated with the structure of the atom.  
  116.    More than 40 terms and ideas are covered in an arcade shooting game.
  117.    Shoot the correct term to match the definition displayed at the bottom of the screen.
  118.    The user can set the game difficulty level by selecting the game speed at the onset.
  119.    Use the arrow keys to move the cannon and the spacebar to fire.  The user may also
  120.     view a list of the terms and definitions for studying purposes.

  123.    This is a FREE program which is available on AOL, CompuServe and ZD-Net.
  124.    The file name is webwords.zip and can be downloaded from those places.
  125.    This program allows the user to study terms and phrases associated with
  126.    telecommunications and the world wide web.

  129.    Practice the location on the world of 17 major land areas, 21 water bodies, 
  130.    28 major cities, and 22 Rivers,Mts. & Deserts - 88 items in total. Items are
  131.    presented in a random order!  Each screen may be played with labels visible
  132.    for practice.  Play levels individually or sequentially. Each screen has
  133.    its own timer.  Great way to learn where things are on our world.
