  43. To prepare for installation of the drivers
  44.  
  45. 1 Start Microsoft Windows 95.
  46.  
  47. 2 Click the Start button, point to Settings, and click Control Panel.
  48.  
  49. 3 Double-click Display, and click the Settings tab.
  50.  
  51. 4 Click Adapter, click the Change tab, click Next.
  52.  
  53. 5 Select the option to display a list of drivers, then click Next.
  54.  
  55. 6 Select Show all Hardware button, then select the Standard display types from the 
  56.   Manufactures list.

  58. 7 Select Standard PCI Graphics Adapter (VGA) from the list, then select Next.

  60. 8 Click Next to install the driver, click Finish, then select Apply to complete 
  61.   the installation.

  65. To install the drivers

  67. 1 Click the Start button, point to Settings, and click Control Panel.

  69. 2 Double-click Display, and click the Settings tab.

  71. 3 Click Advanced Properties, click the Adaptor tab, then click Change.

  73. 4 Select Have Disk, then insert the NVIDIA RIVA TNT Driver Disk 1 into the 
  74.   3.5" diskette drive, and select the drive letter of the diskette drive.

  76. 5 Select or type the path to the 3.5" floppy drive, then click OK.

  78.   Windows should find files for the NVidia RIVA TNT.  If Windows cannot 
  79.   find the files, check that the path name for the diskette is correct and 
  80.   that the correct diskette is inserted in it.

  82. 6 If Windows found the files, select OK.

  84.   Windows copies the files to the hard disk.  
  85.  
  86. 7 Insert the NVIDIA RIVA TNT Driver Disk 2, and click OK when Windows asks for the 
  87.   NVIDIA RIVA TNT Driver Disk 2.

  89. 8 Click Apply, click OK, then click Apply.

  91. 9 Remove diskettes from the diskette drive, then click Yes when Windows asks 
  92.   if you wish to restart the computer.
