  11. This is in follow up to Jill Foster's message on the 
  12. Teledoc project.

  14. I'm the project coordinator for the Teledoc Project at 
  15. the ITU.  I've been following "as an observer" the NIR 
  16. discovery work, universal document identifiers, etc.  
  17. We would eventually like to align ourselves with your 
  18. work especially since access to ITU (e.g. CCITT) 
  19. documents over the Internet will happen in early 93.  
  20. Time constraints have prevented us from participating 
  21. more actively.  I had hoped to attend the IETF 
  22. meetings in Washington to discuss your work but that 
  23. will not be possible.  However, I will be at Interop 
  24. from Sunday Oct 25 in SFO (Shannon Court Hotel 
  25. 415-928-6813).  I would like to talk with peopl
