  3. Reading texts with 8-bit characters is just fine with lemacs. But how
  4. can i easily type texts like that with an US-Keyboard. Is there a package
  5. which makes it possible to press the compose-key and then "a to
  6. produce an a-umlaut? (or somethin equivalent)
  7.
