  2. Here's a minor bug somewhere having to do with displaying things.  I
  3. use GNUS to read News.  Once in a while there are random periods
  4. placed to the right of the newsgroup list in the *Newgroups* buffer.
  5. They usually appear after finishing reading a newsgroup and the list
  6. of newgroups is displayed.  Pressing control-L removes the dots.
  7.  
  8. This occurs with both 19.4 and 19.6 on a sparc2, X11R5, Motif mwm.
  9. This does not happen on emacs 18 on the same machine.

  11. Just wanted to mention this.  It's certainly not critical.  I don't
  12. have this problem in any other buffer.
