  1.   I just installed a new compiler.  For the vax, there shouldn't be
  2. any visible changes, though a couple of vector bugs were fixed.  For
  3. the 68000, the vector access functions are now open coded, and the
  4. new one was installed on mike, rob, and chip in /usr/ucb.
