  44. Rob Kolstad first brought up the idea of implementing notesfiles
  45. on UNIX.
  46. Malcolm Slaney and Brian Redman

  48. offered numerous suggestions and corrections.
  49. Lou Salkind and Rick Spickelmier
  50. put much effort into
  51. generalizing the command parsing and adding
  52. features I've forgotten to mention.
  53. Tw Cook first implemented USENET-compatible headers for
  54. the notesfile/news gateway.
