  6. I agree that this is doable and desireable. However, IMAP/POP management
  7. equates in my mind to Message Store management, as opposed to the MTA
  8. management we want to nail down first. On the other hand, there's no reason not
  9. to pursue these things with some degree of overlap.

  11. I also suspect, albeit without any real evidence, that Message Stores embody
  12. enough additional diversity that coming up with a MIB for them will be somewhat
  13. harder than handling MTAs and directories.

  15. We probably should start off with some kind of abstraction of what aspects of
  16. a Message Store need managing.
