- On P7 and IMAP:

- The only commercial use of P7 I have seen is the POP (maildrop) model.
- However, P7 (and P7+) is a protocol much too large for this simple usage.
- Especially P7+ is very close in functionality to IMAP, I think.

- I have a short and unsatisfying chapter on modelling of message stores
- in my "E-mail modelling for management" document, available from the
- IFIP WG on E-mail management archive.
- Anyone is free to jump up and down on it, especially if they are able
- to write better text.
