- SPELL - check spelling

- Usage: SPELL [message-sequence]
- Unless specified, the message-sequence is "current".

- The SPELL command uses a speller program to check spelling in messages
- you have received. (Spell-checking is much more commonly done in messages
- you are writing!--use the SPELL command in SEND MODE.) The default program
- (in the variable SPELLER) is "ispell".

- In ispell, type "?" for help or "X" to exit without changing the file.
- For more information on ispell, type "!man ispell" at the MM>
- prompt.

- MM>spell 4 #checks spelling on message 4
