  1. GET  -  go to another mail file
  2.  
  3. Usage:  GET [filename]
  4.  
  5. The GET command brings you to another mail file.  All MM commands then 
  6.   apply to that file.  Other mail files can be created with the
  7.   commands MOVE, COPY or WRITE, or by sending mail to a file (using an FCC
  8.   field, for example).  The mail file you are reading now is your
  9.   "current mail file".
  10.  
  11. If you do not specify a directory, GET assumes the one set by MAIL-
  12.   DIRECTORY, which by default is your home directory.
  13.  
  14. GET with no filename always returns you to your main mail file, set by
  15.   MAIL-FILE, which by default is "mbox".  
  16.  
  17. EXAMINE is similar to GET, but retrieves the mail file in
  18.   read-only mode so that you cannot accidentally change the file.
