- REMOVE - remove an address from the outgoing message

- Usage: REMOVE address

- The REMOVE command removes one or more addresses from TO, CC and BCC
- fields of the outgoing message. You do not specify which field, just
- the address. You can generally omit the "@host" portion, that is,
- "remove rcl" would remove "rcl@cunixf".
