- QUIT - leave SEND MODE
-
- Usage: QUIT
-
- The QUIT command ends SEND MODE without sending the outgoing message.
- You will then be back at the previous level you were in, indicated by
- the MM> or Read> prompt.
-
- If you accidentally QUIT, use the CONTINUE command to return to SEND
- MODE. The most recent message that you did not SEND will still be
- available. (Use the DISPLAY command at the Send> prompt to check.)
-
- Using control-n, while still typing in the message, also QUITs.
-
- The other way to leave SEND MODE is to send the message, by using the
- SEND command at the Send> prompt.
-
- Note that QUIT at TOP-LEVEL (MM> prompt) suspends MM. To suspend MM from
- SEND MODE, use the command Z.
