  1. QUIT  -  leave SEND MODE
  2.  
  3. Usage:  QUIT
  4.  
  5. The QUIT command ends SEND MODE without sending the outgoing message.  
  6.   You will then be back at the previous level you were in, indicated by 
  7.   the MM> or Read> prompt.  
  8.  
  9. If you accidentally QUIT, use the CONTINUE command to return to SEND 
  10.   MODE.  The most recent message that you did not SEND will still be
  11.   available.  (Use the DISPLAY command at the Send> prompt to check.)
  12.  
  13. Using control-n, while still typing in the message, also QUITs.
  14.  
  15. The other way to leave SEND MODE is to send the message, by using the
  16.   SEND command at the Send> prompt.
  17.  
  18. Note that QUIT at TOP-LEVEL (MM> prompt) suspends MM.  To suspend MM from
  19.   SEND MODE, use the command Z.
