  1. Bölz! is a protected mode game, using DOS/4GW from Rational Systems.  If
  2. your computer has at least 2 megabytes total RAM available at runtime, you
  3. will be able to run Bölz! (8 megabytes recommended).

  5. If you have a joystick, make sure it is plugged into the game port when you
  6. run Bölz!  We detect the joystick by checking its presence at runtime, so
  7. if it's not plugged in, we won't find it.  You will have to quit and restart
  8. Bölz! if you want to use a joystick and didn't have it plugged into the game
  9. port at startup.

  11. You MUST run BSETUP.EXE before running BOLZ.EXE.  This program will 
  12. configure Bölz! to run best with your system configuration and sound card.
  13. Do not forget to run this program!!

  15. The best way to get Bölz! up and running on your computer is to run 
  16. BINSTALL.EXE as outlined in BOLZ!.DOC.  A few minutes worth of reading on
  17. your part now could save you a headache or three later!!

  19. If you have DOS 5.0 or later, you can the EDIT command to read our text 
  20. documents.  If not, please use our COGREAD.EXE program to read our text
  21. files as it will allow forward and backward scrolling, searching and
  22. printing.
