- QuickTime™ and Video for Windows™:
- Imaginator! can optionally use Apple Computer's QuickTime (on the Mac) and
- Microsoft's Video for Windows (under Windows) technology to create stand-alone movies
- of your stories that can be given away to others. You must use QuickTime version
- 1.6.1 or newer with Imaginator!. The Macintosh version of Imaginator! comes with
- QuickTime 2.0. See the materials that came with your computer for a recent copy of
- Video for Windows.

- Acrobat™:
- The Imaginator! Manual comes in Adobe™ Acrobat™ format. If you do not currently have
- Acrobat installed on your computer, look in the "Acrobat for Macintosh" or "ACROWIN"
- directories for the installer appropriate for your computer.

- Manual Updates and Additions:

- • A one second delay is the default for the slide show. Clicking the mouse during
- slide shows will advance the slide automatically.

- • If you're using a 12 inch monitor on a Macintosh computer and want your slide show
- to look centered, arrange your graphic and text objects in the center of the screen
- by first scrolling to the middle of the scroll bars and then placing your objects in
- the center of the screen. The default setting is for 13"/14" monitors.

- • In the Paint Box, double-clicking on the rectangular selection tool will cause the
- entire paint canvas to become selected.
