- Tasks Schedular
- ---------------

- You can run tasks with the Task schedular at selected set times and days.
- Or you can run it as an alarm with the built in program alarm sound.

- Add a task in Task Scheduler to run AutoERS.exe in the ERS9x directory
- to run auto ERS backups.

- Instructions
- ============

- Add Tasks
- ---------
- Click the "Add Task" button,
- Select Days:
- (1=Sunday, 2=Monday, 3=Tuesday, 4=Wednesday, 5=Thursday,
- 6=Friday and 7=Saturday)
- Select time:
- You can select time in the hh:mm:ss AM/PM format or hh:mm:ss
- long format(23:00:05). Click the AM/PM until it gets blank in
- order to select long time format.

- Select Program
- Click the "Browse" button and browse to the program you want
- to execute.
- Click the "Add Task" button

- Task check box in the list gets selected automatically, deselect check
- box to disable it.

- Save
- ----
- Be sure to save configuration otherwise you will loose it if computer
- freezes.

- Alarm
- -----
- Instead of clicking the "Browse" button and placing a path, click the
- Play Sound, it will place ".WAV" in path, the ".WAV" tells the Task
- schedular to play sound.
- Give the alarm a name.

- Edit Tasks
- ---------
- Highlight task and click the "Edit" button, same as instructions above.
- You can highlight then right click list and select Edit or Remove.

- Remove Task
- ----------
- Highlight task and click the "Remove" button to remove it.
- You can highlight then right click list and select Edit or Remove.

- Run
- ---
- Highlight task and click the "Run" button to run it now.

- Hide
- ----
- Once you click the "Hide" button, it will place its icon in the Systray.
- Click Options\Hide On Startups for it to hide on Startups Automatically.

- File Menu
- ---------
- Click Test Alarm to test it, it suppose to be three consecutive Win95
- combined Beep and Alert sounds then a message.

- Click Quick Alarm, this one id different than the one you enter in the
- list. Use it to give you a ring in 5, 10, 20 minutes.

- OPTIONS MENU
- ============
- Check mark on menu means its a selected item.

- Hide On Startups
- ----------------
- It will hide and Startups and place its icon in the Systray.
- Right click icon to show the File menu
- Double click icon to Show Task Schedular.

- Add To Startup
- -------------
- If Checked then its already added to Startups, otherwise it
- has to be selected for it to monitor and resume tasks.

- Change Startup Delay
- -------------------
- Default is 90 seconds, set delay seconds as desired so scheduler
- doesn't run tasks right away at Windows startups.
