  1. Tasks Schedular
  2. ---------------

  4. You can run tasks with the Task schedular at selected set times and days.
  5. Or you can run it as an alarm with the built in program alarm sound.
  6.  
  7. Add a task in Task Scheduler to run AutoERS.exe in the ERS9x directory
  8. to run auto ERS backups.

  10. Instructions

  13. Add Tasks
  14. ---------
  15. Click the "Add Task" button,
  16. Select Days:
  17.          (1=Sunday, 2=Monday, 3=Tuesday, 4=Wednesday, 5=Thursday, 
  18.           6=Friday and 7=Saturday)
  19. Select time: 
  20.           You can select time in the hh:mm:ss AM/PM format or hh:mm:ss
  21.           long format(23:00:05). Click the AM/PM until it gets blank in
  22.           order to select long time format.

  24. Select Program
  25.        Click the "Browse" button and browse to the program you want
  26.        to execute.
  27. Click the "Add Task" button

  29. Task check box in the list gets selected automatically, deselect check
  30. box to disable it.

  34. Be sure to save configuration otherwise you will loose it if computer
  35. freezes.

  38. Alarm

  40. Instead of clicking the "Browse" button and placing a path, click the
  41. Play Sound, it will place ".WAV" in path, the ".WAV" tells the Task
  42. schedular to play sound.
  43. Give the alarm a name.

  45. Edit Tasks
  46. ---------
  47. Highlight task and click the "Edit" button, same as instructions above.
  48. You can highlight then right click list and select Edit or Remove.

  50. Remove Task

  52. Highlight task and click the "Remove" button to remove it.
  53. You can highlight then right click list and select Edit or Remove.

  57. Highlight task and click the "Run" button to run it now.

  60. Hide

  62. Once you click the "Hide" button, it will place its icon in the Systray.
  63. Click Options\Hide On Startups for it to hide on Startups Automatically.

  65. File Menu
  66. ---------
  67. Click Test Alarm to test it, it suppose to be three consecutive Win95
  68. combined Beep and Alert sounds then a message.

  70. Click Quick Alarm, this one id different than the one you enter in the
  71. list. Use it to give you a ring in 5, 10, 20 minutes.

  74. OPTIONS MENU

  76. Check mark on menu means its a selected item.

  78. Hide On Startups
  79. ----------------
  80. It will hide and Startups and place its icon in the Systray.
  81. Right click icon to show the File menu
  82. Double click icon to Show Task Schedular.

  84. Add To Startup
  85. -------------
  86. If Checked then its already added to Startups, otherwise it 
  87. has to be selected for it to monitor and resume tasks.

  89. Change Startup Delay
  90. -------------------
  91. Default is 90 seconds, set delay seconds as desired so scheduler
  92. doesn't run tasks right away at Windows startups.
